What happens when a search finds nobody?
Nothing is charged. The same goes for a preview, a lookup, an explanation, and a result you already have.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits roll over for two more months. A top-up lasts 12 months. The free 500 credits expire after 30 days.
Is the chat included?
Yes. Turns in the app cost no credits. There is a fair-use limit per day so a loop cannot run without a bound.
Does this work from Claude, Grok or ChatGPT?
Yes. The app, the MCP connection and the REST API share one balance.
Is outreach included in Growth or Scale?
No. Outreach is €29 per connected account per month, on any plan.
Can I cancel?
