Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This privacy policy describes how FounderMCP ("we", "us") processes personal data on geteem.com. FounderMCP is a go-to-market tool: it finds business leads and helps you reach them. It covers the public site, including the chat you can use before you create an account, and the product you use once you have one.

1. What data we process

  • Chat before an account. What you type (for example your company and who you want to reach) and the leads we show you. We use that to answer you and to run the searches you ask for. Please do not type sensitive personal data. The conversation is kept in your browser and in the memory of the service for that visit. It is not an account.
  • Account data. Your name, email address and password, or the profile your Google sign-in shares, plus the name of your workspace.
  • Your company. What you tell us about your company, customers and competitors, and a short public web search on your own company that we store as context for the product.
  • Leads. Professional information from public sources: name, job title, employer, location, public profile URL, and posts or reactions that matched a signal you set up. When you ask us to find an email address or reveal a contact, we also look that up.
  • Where lead data comes from. Public professional profiles, posts and people search (HarvestAPI); profile and contact enrichment when you ask (SignalHire); companies and the technologies they use (TheirStack); company funding rounds (Fundable and StartupMap) and company news (PredictLeads). We then keep the leads that match the signals you configure.
  • Messages and connected accounts. Templates and messages you write, and, if you connect them, your LinkedIn or email account (via Unipile) and your HubSpot account. We use a connected account only to do what you start from FounderMCP.
  • Billing. If you subscribe, Stripe processes your billing details and payment.

2. Cookies

  • Guest chat. A cookie named ej_guest stores only a random id, for up to 30 days, so the free-lead limit stays with this browser. It does not contain your name or what you typed.
  • Sign-in. Session cookies keep you logged in. They are used only to authenticate you with our own servers.
  • Analytics. We measure how the site is used with PostHog, Google Tag Manager (and the measurement tags it loads) and Cloudflare Web Analytics. The Cloudflare beacon does not set a cookie.

3. How we use this data

  • To answer the chat and run the searches you ask for.
  • To find leads, keep the signals you configure up to date, and show them to you.
  • To draft messages and send the outreach you start.
  • To run your account, keep the service secure, and understand how it is used.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising profiles of you, and we do not pass it on to data brokers.

4. Who else processes data

We use a limited number of providers to run FounderMCP. They process personal data only on our instructions. The current list, including what each one does and where it is located, is on our sub-processors page. If you connect your own HubSpot account or another system, we share with that provider only the records needed for what you ask.

5. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), authentication via Supabase Auth, and access control in the database (row level security). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data, leads and messages for as long as the workspace is active. If you delete the workspace, access stops immediately and the personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. During those 30 days you can ask us to undo the deletion. The guest-chat cookie lasts up to 30 days; the conversation itself is not stored as an account.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct it, or delete it.
  • Restrict or object to the processing.
  • Receive a copy in a portable format.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).

Email the address in the contact section to use these rights. We reply within 30 days.

8. Contact

The data controller is LVDP, Klinkkouterstraat 59, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, Belgium (company number BE 1008.270.260).
